A workspace is a collection of data sources, metrics, alerts, reports and team members to help you collaborate on your data. You can create multiple workspaces to organize your data and collaborate with different teams.
What are rows?
Rows are the fundamental building blocks in which data is structured within tables across different data sources. When you connect a data source, we bring over these rows into Livedocs. This enables us to calculate essential metrics, build reports, and more.
How often do my metrics and data update?
Your data is typically updated every hour. However, we offer intervals as short as 15 minutes for more frequent updates for larger customers, schedule a demo to learn more.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Once your free trial ends, we temporarily pause your sync until you upgrade. This ensures a seamless transition to our full-featured plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Certainly! Upgrading is a breeze, and you’ll gain instant access to the features of your new plan as soon as you make the switch. When it comes to downgrading, any changes you make will come into effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How is my data secure with Livedocs?
We follow standard security and privacy guidelines. Data is synced into Livedocs via vendors that are compliant with auditing procedures like SOC2 and regional DPAs (with EU and US laws with GDPR and CCPA). We sync only the minimal amount of data needed to build your reports, you can view all of your synced data at any time, and request a complete deletion of all your data at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Livedocs is designed to take you from sign up to data mastery in minutes. We do this by provisioning a data warehouse for your workspace. As your data needs grow, we also let you bring your own warehouse or can migrate this existing warehouse to your team, schedule a demo to learn more.
What if I can’t find a data source I’m looking for?
Livedocs supports a wide range of data sources, and we're adding more on a regular basis. If you can't find a data source you're looking for, reach out to us and we will try to add it on a priority basis.
What if I can’t find a metric I’m looking for?
Each Livedocs data source comes with a set of pre-built metrics to get your up and running. If you can't find a metric you're looking for, you can build a custom metric using our built-in AI tools. Livedocs is in beta. We're here to help your build and debug your custom metrics, join our Slack community and ping us for help.
