Signing Up for Livedocs

In this brief tutorial, you will follow the steps to sign up for a Livedocs account and prepare to start working with data in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

To create your Livedocs account, visit the Livedocs Sign-up page. Once you are on the page, you will have the following options for creating your account.

Using Email

You can use your email to create your Livedocs account by doing the following:

  1. Enter your full name and email in the input fields provided.
  2. Click Continue with email.
  3. Check your inbox for a verification code from Livedocs.
  4. Enter the verification code in the input field, as shown in the verification email. 2-verification-page
  5. Click Verify Email.

Using Google Authentication

As an alternative, you can choose Google Authentication to create your account. Here are the steps to do that:

  1. Click Continue with Google.
  2. In the Sign in with Google dialog box, select the Google account you want to use for Livedocs.
  3. If the account you selected is not yet signed in, you will need to authenticate that account by entering your password.
  4. Click Continue to confirm and allow Google to share your personal information in a limited manner.

Once your Livedocs account is created, you will be redirected to your workspace. Now that you are all set, continue to the Exploring the Livedocs Workspace guide to familiarize yourself with the main interface and tools available to you.
